We offer machine planting of seeding trees which are 2 to 3 year trees grown from seed in state or private nursery beds. These trees are from 6" to 18" tall. Our machine opens up the ground and a person rides the machine and puts the seedling tree in the slit the machine has opened. Then the two press wheels close the ground back up and presses the ground firmly around the seedling tree.

We have been doing tree planting the last nine years and have gained a lot of experience.

We do seeding of rye grasses for cover for tree planting jobs. Also, seeding of prairie grasses and wild flowers. We have a Polaris 6x6 all-wheel drive set up with a broadcast seeder that we fall seed or frost seed with in March before ground warms up.

We found out that this works very well as a lot of times there isn't time in the spring to seed grasses before the trees come. Because the ground is to soft to get on with big and heavy machinery.

Trees usually come April 10th thru May 10th from nurseries. Make sure to order the fall prior to planting to make sure you are going to receive the trees you need for your planting project. Call us if we can
